FAQ

How long does the printed pattern last?

1. On paper, the printed result is permanent.
2. On fabric, please apply the included fixing solution before printing. Once the ink dries, it becomes washable and won't come off.
3. On glass or metal surfaces, the ink takes longer to dry due to the smooth, non-absorbent nature. To speed up drying, use an oil painting quick-dry spray. Once fully dried, the print is permanent and scratch-resistant.

Q: Do I need to download an app?
A: No, just connect your phone to the printer's Wi-Fi. The default password is 12345678, then enter 192.168.44.1 in the browser to access the print interface.

Q: Where can I buy a new ink cartridge when the ink runs out?
A: You can purchase the HP62 ink cartridge at your local store or buy it again from our store.

Q: Is the ink single color or colorful?
A: It is colorful ink.

Q: Can the printer print black fonts?
A: Yes, it can print black fonts as long as the font color is set to black in the system.

A: The printer language is the same as your phone's language.

Q: Everything seems fine, why isn’t the printer printing?
A: Please check if you have saved the image you want to print. If the image is not saved, the printer will not print. Also, make sure the optical sensor at the bottom is on a rough surface or aligned with the auxiliary ruler.
